About The Role

Join our small, high-ownership team as a Senior Software Engineer. You'll work across the full stack of a complex physical-digital product, taking real technical responsibility for meaningful parts of the product. You'll make sound architectural decisions, contribute to frontend, backend, infrastructure, and mentor other engineers. Own and deliver end-to-end solutions to complex, ambiguous problems across the product from scoping through to production.
Make sound architectural decisions independently, and advocate for them clearly with your team and stakeholders.
Mentor and actively grow the engineers around you, raising the technical capability of the team as a whole.
Sharp engineering judgement: you make good decisions under ambiguity, validate them with data, and communicate trade-offs clearly
Someone who raises the bar around them through code quality, documentation, mentorship, and how you show up in a team
Experience working in complex, real-world systems where reliability and performance actually matter
A strong generalist with proven experience across the full stack — you're comfortable in backend, frontend, databases, and ops, and you don't wait for someone else to handle the unfamiliar parts
Comfort with AI-assisted development, and the discipline to own everything you ship with it
Experience with Elixir, LiveView, or React Native is a plus, but not a requirement. We care more about how you think and learn than which languages are on your CV
A genuine product engineering mindset — you think about outcomes, not just outputs, and you care about the members and coaches using what you build
