Senior Accountant

Join our team as a Senior Accountant, where you will be responsible for driving clean, timely, and audit-ready books. You will own your assigned GL areas end-to-end, continuously improving the close process. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and posting journal entries, managing the AP cycle, performing bank reconciliations, and contributing to the annual external audit. You will also help build and maintain accounting policies and internal controls documentation, and proactively identify opportunities for automation. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of accounting experience and a genuine curiosity about AI tools and their impact on accounting workflows.

• Assurer la tenue des livres comptables de manière précise et conforme, en préparant et en enregistrant les écritures comptables.

• Participer activement à l'audit externe annuel, en étant responsable de vos domaines de grand livre.
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as Campfire ERP and Ramp
• Comfortable in ambiguity — we're a small team and the work evolves quickly
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they can change accounting workflows
• CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with GL accounting across multiple areas (fixed assets, prepaids, AP, cash)
• Experience participating in a system implementation or migration is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented with a systems mindset: you notice inefficiencies and want to fix them
• 3–5 years of accounting experience; mix of public accounting and industry preferred
