Payments Operations Analyst

Join Funding Circle, a fintech company on a mission to support small businesses in the UK. As a Payments Operations Analyst, you will manage daily payment runs, spot unusual payment patterns, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with various teams across the business and answer payment queries from internal colleagues and external customers. The role is based in London with a hybrid work model.

• Managing daily payment runs across internal systems, handling inbound and outbound transactions.
• Spotting unusual payment patterns and irregular account behavior, applying immediate solutions.
• Mastering the end-to-end flow of money across various products, handling and routing payment exceptions.
