Recruiting Coordinator

• Coordination of recruiting processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience by making every touchpoint feel exceptional.
• Assisting in the improvement and documentation of recruiting processes as the company scales.
• Clear, professional written communication and a habit of over-communicating
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• High candidate empathy, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, Office Management, Administrative Assistant or a similar role
• Nice to Haves: Experience with common ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, etc) and LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as AI tools
