Senior/Staff Business/GTM Recruiter

In this role, you will be instrumental in building out our GTM teams, supporting hiring managers, and designing end-to-end recruiting strategies. You will manage the full cycle recruiting process, lead a best-in-class candidate experience, and work closely with hiring managers to develop innovative recruiting strategies. Additionally, you will have exposure to various parts of the People function and participate in recruiting events and cross-functional projects. • Support hiring managers in building their recruiting capabilities and designing end-to-end recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and delivering offers.
• Continuously work to improve diversity at Runway and track all search metrics.
• You're entrepreneurial, process oriented, collaborative and innovative in order to source and hire top talent and provide a unique candidate experience
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Ashby experience a plus)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• 6+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years of business recruiting experience building high caliber GTM, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other G&A teams in an innovative, high-growth environment
• A commitment to diversity, and preferably, experience improving a previous employer's diversity via specific recruiting strategies
• Driven to find mechanisms and build programs that result in attracting great talent at all levels and give our hiring managers targeted pipelines where they can build strong relationships with engaged candidates
• Experience and desire to work in a start-up environment
• Sourcing experience using a variety of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, meetups, and other GTM-specific channels
