Senior/Staff Product Designer (Developer Platform)

• Concevoir et améliorer l'expérience des développeurs lors de l'utilisation de l'API de Runway, y compris la documentation, la console et l'intégration.
• Collaborer étroitement avec l'ingénierie de la plateforme pour concevoir des flux techniques tels que l'authentification et les webhooks, en les traduisant en interfaces compréhensibles pour les développeurs.
• Définir la direction du design pour la plateforme de développement dans son ensemble et encadrer d'autres designers travaillant sur celle-ci.

• Knowledge of the creative tool space and genuine interest in how developers build with generative AI
• Experience in creating functional prototypes using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
• Experience designing flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI's for web products, with strong visual design skills
• Experience delivering and iterating fast in close collaboration with engineering teams
• Passion for working with small teams, establishing a design culture, and creating a design-centric process within the company
• Comfort translating technical concepts into interfaces a developer can use without reading a manual first
• Ability and flexibility to iterate fast and often
• Experience designing developer-facing products with a platform or tool you've shipped to point to
