QA Supervisor

Join Gousto, a rapidly growing recipe box company in the UK. As a QA Supervisor, you will lead and inspire the QA team, drive a quality culture, solve and prevent issues, supervise pick line quality control, develop systems, innovate and test, and prioritize safety. You should have previous QA experience, technical knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and GMP standards, strong leadership and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and high computer literacy.

• Plan and coordinate the QA team’s daily roadmap, support, mentor, and motivate your team.
• Collaborate pro-actively with production teams to imbed a "visit-ready, every day" mindset and participate in audits.
• Coordinate non-conformance findings, tracking corrective actions with department managers, and challenge recurring issues.
