Market & Customer Activation Manager - Industrial Adhesives (M/F/X)

• Développer et exécuter des programmes de marketing intégrés basés sur les comptes, alignés sur les priorités commerciales et les besoins des clients.
• Adapter les campagnes mondiales et régionales en plans d'activation locaux, tout en concevant des initiatives locales dédiées si nécessaire.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes marketing, commerciales, techniques et régionales pour assurer un alignement et une exécution solides.

#### What makes you a good fit

• Master’s degree in marketing/communication
• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, content activation, campaign management and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, social media platforms and AI-supported marketing tools.
• Experience in people management, project leadership or willingness to coach apprentices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling and visually appealing customer content.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure marketing impact and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Team player with a hands-on mindset, strong organizational skills, interest in development within an international environment and the ability to work independently.
• Interest in innovation, technical products and international environments.
• Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus
