About The Role

Join Skin + Me, a mission-driven start-up revolutionizing skincare. As a Controls and Automation Engineer, you'll be involved in the entire project process, from system specification to commissioning and handover to production teams. You'll design, program, and test PLC-based control systems, support new product introductions, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and experience in programming PLC systems.

Take ownership of controls and automation projects from start to finish, including understanding requirements, commissioning, and handover.
Design, program, and test PLC-based control systems for new equipment, production lines, and NPI projects, ensuring robustness and scalability.
Drive continuous improvement across systems, enhancing safety, reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
