Accounts Payable / Comptable Fournisseurs

Join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as an Accounts Payable Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing payment runs, performing bank reconciliations, and participating in the implementation of a new P2P solution. You will work closely with various stakeholders and contribute to the efficiency of the accounts payable function. This position is based in Paris and requires fluency in French and English.

• Traiter et vérifier les factures des fournisseurs, en veillant à leur exactitude et à leur conformité aux politiques de l'entreprise.
• Préparer et traiter les paiements des fournisseurs en fonction des conditions de paiement, en coordination avec la FP&A et la trésorerie.
• Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre d'une nouvelle solution P2P, en identifiant et en recommandant des améliorations des processus.
