About The Role

Join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as the Chief of Staff to the CTO & CPO. In this role, you will be embedded within the Technology & Product division, reporting directly to the CTO and CPO. Your responsibilities will include project managing the engineering and product roadmap, building scalable internal workflows, conducting strategic projects, producing technical division reporting, managing research program declarations, and overseeing CSR practices. The ideal candidate will have a high-level education, proven professional experience, fluency in French and English, a strong technical culture, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Project management of the engineering and product roadmap calendar, tracking milestone schedules, and preparing review materials for executive meetings.
Building scalable internal workflows, custom tracking dashboards, and AI automation agents to improve leadership management pipelines.
Conducting one-off explorations and ad-hoc strategic projects for the CTO & CPO, including partnerships and corporate events.
