Join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as a Customer Onboarding & Success Manager - Public Sector. In this role, you will ensure the smooth deployment and execution of framework agreements and public tenders, act as the primary operational point of contact for public beneficiaries and freelancers, and drive user independence within ministries, local authorities, and public institutions. You will also manage public administrative and budgetary processes, maintain beneficiary relations, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Assurer le déploiement et l'exécution des accords-cadres et des appels d'offres publics.
• Former et accompagner les utilisateurs à l'utilisation de la plateforme, en mettant l'accent sur l'autonomie.
• Anticiper la fin des commandes ou des contrats, et fournir des suivis proactifs pour assurer la continuité des affaires.
