Customer Success Specialist

Join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will be the operational backbone for our clients during the acquisition pilots phase, ensuring a seamless journey with Malt. You will be responsible for the full client account setup, conducting product demos, and empowering client autonomy. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in customer experience management, operations, or account management, and is fluent in French and English.

• Support the client operations during acquisition pilots phase, set up companies, and onboard hiring managers.
• Be accountable for the full client account set up, in coordination with the client and with Malt’s financing team.
• Conduct product demos for clients, formalize the specific processes of the client in Notion, and be responsible for the handover to the customer administrators.
