Field Marketing Specialist - UK

Join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as a Field Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will design and execute high-impact marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture clients. You will primarily focus on the UK market while also supporting global marketing efforts. You will report to the global Head of Field Marketing and work closely with sales leadership.

• Plan and deliver demand generation programs to acquire new Enterprise customers and market to existing customers, including integrated campaigns, events, ABM 1to1 programs and digital marketing.
• Partner with the relevant marketing teams to create demand generation campaigns or localize global campaigns covering all our business in the UK.
• Establish the calendar of events and marketing campaigns, taking into account sales objectives and go-to-market strategies. Organize events, leveraging resources as needed.
