Tech & Product Financial Business Partner

Join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as an FP&A Specialist for R&D & IT. In this role, you will act as the primary financial business partner for the CTO and CPO, providing financial visibility, managing capital expenditures and operating expenses, and ensuring compliance with IFRS guidelines. You will lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, evaluate new R&D phases and IT projects, and manage capitalization policies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D and project controlling, strong IFRS knowledge, and proficiency in financial modeling and business partnering.

• Assurer la gestion du budget et des prévisions pour les départements R&D et IT, y compris l'analyse des écarts mensuels.
• Évaluer les nouvelles phases de R&D et les projets informatiques en calculant la VAN, le TRI, le ROI et les périodes de retour sur investissement.
• Définir et appliquer les politiques de capitalisation IAS 38, suivre les cycles de vie du matériel et des logiciels, et coordonner la clôture de fin de mois avec la comptabilité.
