About The Role

Join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as an IT Engineer. You will manage, maintain, and develop our internal IT infrastructure, ensuring a stable and high-performing workspace for all employees. Your responsibilities will include automating business processes, managing critical infrastructure systems, resolving technical support incidents, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You should have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, fluency in English, and technical mastery of Okta and Google Workspace.

Architect and deploy an internal framework of reliable workflows using No/Low-Code (N8N) to automate complex, recurring business processes.
Own the implementation, upgrade, and continuous maintenance of critical infrastructure systems, with a particular focus on mastering Okta.
Manage and resolve advanced technical support incidents across hardware, software, and local office networks, stepping in actively whenever ticket volumes surge.
