About The Role

Join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as a Rev Ops Business Analyst. In this role, you will empower the Project Partners and Customer Onboarding & Success teams with data-driven insights to drive efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth. You will design and maintain automated dashboards, conduct in-depth analysis of data, and provide performance analysis and reporting frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a quantitative field, 3+ years of experience as a data analyst, and fluency in French and English.

Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct in-depth analysis of Project Partners/Customer Onboarding & Success data to identify trends and operational areas for improvement.
Collaborate with field sales ops, central sales ops, and tool ops to analyze the funnels, streamline processes, and monitor optimization impact.
