In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to design and lead a hiring strategy that allows for scalable growth without compromising on talent density or execution speed. You will personally lead complex searches and drive structured evaluation to help hiring managers make confident, data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong exposure to tech and product environments.
