About The Role

Join our team as a Finance Manager and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting while leading initiatives to streamline processes, improve controls, implement new systems, and enhance the overall finance operating model. You will thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and have a passion for transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.

Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and prepare consolidated management accounts across multiple entities and currencies.
Drive automation across finance processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy, and lead finance systems implementation and optimisation projects.
Build strong relationships across Finance, Technology and Operations, and identify inefficient processes, challenge existing practices and implement scalable improvements.
A clear focus on being a change agent—implementing finance systems, improving integrations, automating manual processes, and challenging the status quo rather than maintaining existing processes
Demonstrable experience automating finance processes and improving operational efficiency
Experience implementing or improving finance systems
Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA preferred)
Experience working across multiple stakeholders and departments
Strong intercompany accounting experience across multiple legal entities
Advanced Excel skills with strong systems capability
Experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Financial Accountant, looking to step up, within a complex business
Experience preparing consolidated accounts
Knowledge of multi-currency accounting
Regular interaction with external audit teams, leading audits and statutory reporting
Strong understanding of financial controls and governance
Experience with transfer pricing
Exposure to regulated environments
Experience with finance transformation programmes
Knowledge of system integrations, APIs or finance technology systems
Insurance, fintech or financial services experience is ideal
