Implementation Analyst

Join Vitesse, a leading payment service provider, as an Implementation Analyst. In this role, you will manage and support clients in integrating with our payment service interfaces. You will work closely with internal subject matter experts and actively manage communication with all stakeholders during the implementation project. You will also maintain management information, develop a detailed knowledge of our payment service offering, and help refine the implementation process for improved efficiency. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to junior team members and gain knowledge of the environments in which we operate.

• Experience in the following is considered desirable:
• Working knowledge of Insurance industry processes, terminology and entities operating in the space
• 8+ years’ experience of working within an Insurance, Fintech or Banking environment in a Project Management related discipline
• Working understanding of payments industry processes, systems, and regulation
• A recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince2 Foundation/Practioner) is considered highly desirable
• Technical understand of how API’s work
• Excellent communicator. You should be a people person with a proven track record of establishing, building and maintaining strong, high value relationships
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and self-driven, and at the same time flexible to the changing and evolving demands of the role
• A passion for start-ups with a mentality to get your hands dirty
• Working knowledge of common payment scheme messaging formats: SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments, ISO20022 and Domestic ACH systems in various territories
