Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Commercial Finance Automation)

Join Palo Alto Networks, a leading cybersecurity company, as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will provide critical financial and analytical decision support to the EMEA Sales organizations, focusing on the financial health of the Commercial Financing's Sales business. You will leverage advanced Generative AI skills to drive process improvements, automate complex financial workflows, and enhance reporting and analytics. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, business acumen in sales, and the ability to deliver results in a high-growth environment.

• Provide critical financial and analytical decision support to the EMEA Sales organizations, focusing on the financial health of the Commercial Financing’s Sales business.
• Leverage advanced Generative AI skills to drive process improvements, automate complex financial workflows, reporting, and analytics.
• Lead and execute joint cross-functional projects and programs to optimize processes and tools and build new solutions at a global level.
• AI, Data Science, SQL, Python skills preferred
• Experience and expertise in utilization of CRM, Planning and ERP systems such as <Salesforce.com>, Clari and SAP
• 3 to 5 years experience with a Masters degree or 5 to 7 years experience with a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related
• Strong relationship building, communication and presentation skills
• Process mapping, agile methodologies, and project management skills
• AI-Native Mindset: Proven track record of pioneering the use of Generative AI (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM) to automate manual workflows, summarize complex reports, and build "self-service" analytical tools
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and maintain complex financial models
• Expert in translating business needs into technical requirements
• Exposure to Finance and/or Sales Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment, is ideal
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment
