Solutions Engineer (Enterprise Accounts, East)

Join Idira [CyberArk] as a Senior Solutions Engineer, where you'll demonstrate the value of our identity security solutions to Enterprise customers. You'll act as a subject matter expert, advise on AI and machine identity governance, and lead Proof of Concept evaluations. This role requires strong technical expertise, sales acumen, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrating the value of identity security solutions to prospective and existing Enterprise customers through product demos, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Acting as the primary technical resource and key technical advisor for Idira’s solutions, ensuring that clients understand the business, technical, and compliance benefits.
• Proactively seeking out new sales opportunities by developing new and existing technical relationships within prospective accounts, partners, and current active customers.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events
• Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
• Automation: Experience scripting for automation of repetitive tasks, API utilization, or demo workflows
• Familiarity with securing AI/ML pipelines, Large Language Model (LLM) ecosystem integrations, and autonomous AI agents
• Experience: 5+ years in pre-sales, ideally in identity, PAM/IAM, or cybersecurity pre-sales
• Strong presentation skills; ability to deliver high-quality demos to technical and executive audiences
• Exposure to endpoint management and least privilege tools
• Education: MIS, Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience
• Technical Expertise:
• Awareness of AI-specific security frameworks and risks (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, prompt injection data risks, shadow AI mitigation)
• Leadership and consensus-building capabilities
• Integration Skills: Proven ability to integrate third-party solutions seamlessly within complex enterprise environments
• CyberArk: Prior experience with CyberArk solutions
• Strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, and federation services
• Hands-on administration of AWS, Azure, or GCP (IaaS/PaaS)
• Soft Skills:
• Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and JIT/ZSP models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at building relationships across multiple levels
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux, database security, network security, scripting, and DevOps practices
• Certifications (one or more): CISSP, CCSP, CEH, AWS Security, Google Cloud Security, Azure Security, or relevant AI security certifications
