About The Role
Join our team as an IT Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in evolving and securing our employee-facing infrastructure. You will be responsible for architecting infrastructure, leading IT service delivery, managing hardware logistics, driving strategic growth, ensuring security and compliance, optimizing and scaling processes, and leading strategic IT projects. This position requires a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Enterprise IT, with a strong background in digital health and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to work from our Denver office at least 2 days per week and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.
- Architect and maintain robust office networking and automated endpoint management systems to ensure secure and efficient device deployment.
- Own the IT service desk lifecycle, streamlining request management and resolution protocols to provide high-velocity support.
- Oversee end-to-end hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, inventory tracking, regular maintenance, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.

- Are you a seasoned IT professional with experience in digital health ?
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., InfoSec, HR) to ensure security and compliance posture (e.g., VPN, SASE, CASB)
- 8+ years of professional experience in Enterprise IT, with a history of owning and evolving core infrastructure
- Deep proficiency with Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms like Okta, including familiarity with authentication protocols such as OIDC and OAuth2
- Experience tracking requests using ticketing systems such as JIRA
- Extensive experience with owning and managing Google Workspace, including user administration, security configurations, and group policies
- Demonstrated ability to manage secure networking infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless technology) and endpoint protection services
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to IT management, including reporting on budget utilization, hardware lifecycle, and service metrics
- Expertise in managing macOS and Windows environments, including the implementation of MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, or ManageEngine)
- A track record of mentoring team members and providing strategic technical guidance
- Strong experience with documentation and technical writing, including the ability to hold teams accountable for the development and maintenance of technical documentation
- Previous experience working within a startup environment
- Previous experience within digital health
- Expertise in Data Loss Prevention software and services
- Prior ownership and management of JIRA
- Demonstrable previous ownership of IT budgeting and forecasting
