Internship - Private Equity Italy - September 2026

Join our Private Equity team in Italy as an intern. You will support the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of Private Equity transactions. Your main tasks will include analyzing target companies, updating financial models, drafting investment committee memos, and monitoring portfolio companies. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or close to graduation with a specialization in finance, previous experience in Private Equity/M&A/Corporate Finance/Equity Research, and fluency in Italian and English.

• Support the Private Equity team in evaluating, filtering, executing, and monitoring Private Equity transactions.
• Study and analyze the activity, market, positioning, and financial performance of target companies.
• Update financial models and presentations, and support the drafting of investment committee memos.

# Profile

• Recent graduate or close to graduation from a university or business school with a specialization in finance;
• Previous experience in Private Equity/ M&A/ Corporate Finance/ Equity Research;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
• Curious and proactive, with strong analytical skills;
• International mindset, exchange abroad program is a plus.
