Real Estate Fund management analyst

Join our team as a Real Estate Fund Management Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with senior fund managers to monitor and optimize the performance of our real estate retail funds. Your responsibilities will include financial analysis, fund valuation, arranging bank financing, and preparing periodic reports for investors and senior management. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, asset management, audit, or real estate, and be fluent in Spanish, English, and French.

• Monitore, analyze, and optimize real estate fund performance with a focus on p&l forecasts and cash flow plans.
• Contribute to real assets valuation campaigns, control fund valuations, and participate in arranging bank financing.
• Prepare periodic reporting for investors, advisory board, regulatory and internal reporting for the senior management.

## PROFILE

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, asset management, audit, or real estate,
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast-growing environment,
• Strong ability to work autonomously, strong financial skills and excellent analytical abilities,
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Spanish, English and French
