Real Estate Fund manager

Join our team as a Real Estate Fund Manager, where you will be responsible for the fund management of real estate institutional funds. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and optimizing fund performance, contributing to asset valuation campaigns, structuring and financing investments, representing the fund to investors, and ensuring compliance with environmental and social policies. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in real estate, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

• Assurer la gestion des fonds immobiliers institutionnels, en surveillant et en optimisant leur performance.
• Contribuer aux campagnes d'évaluation des actifs réels, valider les opérations impactantes et revoir la comptabilité.
• Représenter le fonds devant les investisseurs, contribuer aux rapports périodiques et aux rapports réglementaires.

## PROFILE

• Successful 7/10 years of experience in Real Estate with knowledge in Financing / structuring
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast-growing environment,
• Team player with ability to inspire his/her team,
• Analytical skills and strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Spanish & English / second European language advantage especially French
