Join our team as the Director of Financial Data & Analytics. In this role, you will own the enterprise data ecosystem, translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations, lead and develop a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 10+ years of experience in financial data and analytics or related fields
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts applied to analytics and automation
Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with BI tools, particularly Power BI
Proven experience managing teams of analysts and managers, and working with enterprise-scale datasets
Bonus points: Experience with Salesforce, attribution modeling or SaaS
Experience with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action
Expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and identifying key drivers of performance and operational efficiency
Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
