About The Role

Join Arista Networks as a Resident Engineer, where you will be a key technical partner embedded within our most strategic accounts. You will collaborate with elite customers, the Arista account team, and Arista's Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and Engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include design and architecture, network audits, stakeholder liaison, infrastructure management, automation and integration, change management, lifecycle management, advanced troubleshooting and support, project execution and reporting, and mentorship and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with key customers to design, build, and manage advanced AI data centers.
Act as a bridge between customers and Arista’s core Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and Engineering teams.
Lead advanced troubleshooting for hardware/software issues and act as the primary liaison for customer with the Arista Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
Network Certification a plus
BS/MS with 7+ years of experience in the relevant field
ACE L3 or above level certification would be an advantage
