Senior Legal Counsel

Join Arista Networks as a Senior Legal Counsel, where you will provide expert legal guidance to business teams across Europe and globally. You will draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, advise on regulatory requirements, and manage legal risks. This role requires a commercially minded lawyer with deep experience in complex agreements and cross-functional collaboration.

• Serve as a trusted legal partner to Arista's business teams, providing expert guidance on legal and compliance issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including customer sales contracts and technology licensing arrangements.
• Advise business teams on EU and member-state regulatory requirements, GDPR compliance, export controls, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption programs.
• This role requires a commercially minded lawyer with deep experience in structuring and negotiating complex agreements and partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Law degree and qualification to practice law in at least one EU jurisdiction
• Strong track record advising on commercial transactions, international contracting, and cross-border legal issues
• 10+ years of legal experience, including training at a reputable international law firm and in-house counsel experience with a multinational corporation
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across jurisdictions and functions
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) with experience negotiating agreements under German law
• Industry background in technology, telecommunications, or innovation-driven sectors with strong intellectual property expertise
