People Experience / HR Generalist

Join our HR team as a People Experience / HR Generalist in our Toronto office. In this hands-on role, you'll manage the employee experience budget, plan and execute events, and support day-to-day HR operations. You'll be the first point of contact for employees on HR policies and help create a workplace where people feel supported and excited to come to work.

• Experience planning events or managing budgets is an advantage

• A natural people person – warm, approachable, and service-oriented, with strong communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, office management, employee experience, hospitality, or a similar people-facing role
• Based in Toronto and able to work from the office – this is an on-site role (4 days in)
• A proactive, hands-on attitude – you see what needs to be done and you do it; no task is too big or too small
• Discretion and good judgment when handling sensitive employee information
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities and follow through on every task
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HiBob) and Google Workspace is an advantage
