Sales Enablement Manager

Join Yotpo, a leading eCommerce platform focused on trust and loyalty. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will own the global sales enablement strategy, equipping a fast-growing sales team to sell an expanding product suite. You will design and implement onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs, shape the future of enablement using AI, and partner with sales leadership to identify performance and skill gaps. • Ownership of Yotpo’s global sales enablement strategy, equipping a fast-growing sales team to sell an expanding product suite.
• Designing and implementing onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs, including skills and process training.
• Partnering with Sales leadership to identify performance and skill gaps, then designing targeted enablement programs that improve seller effectiveness.
• Experience collaborating across a global, multi-timezone organization
• Experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
• Deep knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and solution-selling best practices
• Experience with Gong (an LMS/CMS), Salesforce, and related enablement tooling
• ECommerce/SaaS industry knowledge is a strong plus
• A track record of building systems and processes — not just running sessions — with evidence of what actually stuck
• 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or equivalent function at a senior level and 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, and evolving your own function as tools and expectations shift
