Technical Product Manager

Join our innovative team as a Technical Product Manager. In this pivotal role, you will shape the direction of our products by bridging the gap between technical development and business objectives. You will define and communicate a clear product vision, develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, and engage actively with engineering teams. Your exceptional communication skills and strong technical background will be instrumental in driving our product roadmap and delivering outstanding solutions to our customers.

• Desarrollar y mantener una hoja de ruta integral del producto que describa los hitos clave, los plazos y las dependencias.
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos ingeniería, diseño, ventas, marketing y equipos de implementación, para garantizar el desarrollo y la entrega exitosos del producto.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
• Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies. Prior background in software engineering, or hands-on experience with data modeling or technical requirements gathering is a significant plus
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, ideally at the mid to senior level
• Comfort working alongside engineering teams to understand architectural decisions and technical tradeoffs
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve personal productivity and the quality of your work outputs
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
