Junior Financial Controller

• Actively support month-end and year-end closing processes by reviewing financial statements and preparing relevant accounting adjustments.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget alongside the Finance Controller and local teams and support monthly budget follow-up and financial analysis.
• Contribute to the annual audit process by preparing supporting documentation and acting as a key point of contact for auditors in collaboration with the Accounting team.
• Experience in the industrial sector or in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment is considered an advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
• Entry-level position in financial controlling; no prior experience as a Financial Controller is required. However, for candidates without prior controlling experience, a minimum of 2 years of experience in audit is required
• Knowledge of French and/or Italian is considered a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong command of Excel and ability to analyse and manipulate financial data efficiently
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Navision, is considered a plus
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the finance function
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
