About The Role

Join AppLovin as an Associate Product Manager, where you'll drive high-impact initiatives across our Ads organization. You'll have ownership of our entire ads portfolio, working directly with leadership to shape product direction. Your responsibilities will include designing and launching new advertiser experiences, owning pilot programs, experimenting with ad formats, defining success metrics, and building analyses using SQL. You'll also partner with various teams to drive initiatives from concept through launch and monitor key business metrics. This role offers significant autonomy in a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to influence product strategy across mobile, ecommerce, and CTV advertising products.

  • Strong track record of driving measurable business impact through data-driven decision making
  • Naturally curious, proactive, and motivated by solving complex business problems
  • Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and business judgment
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with significant ownership and autonomy
  • 2–4 years of post-graduation experience in product, business operations and analytics, management consulting, investment banking, or investing
  • Demonstrated ability to independently scope ambiguous problems, design analyses, synthesize findings, and present recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python strongly preferred)
  • Strong communicator who can influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
