Business Development Analyst (Gaming, Russian Speaking)

Join AppLovin, a leading mobile technology company, as a Business Development Analyst. In this role, you will cultivate and expand relationships with app developers, utilize data and insights to guide strategy, and collaborate directly with developers to improve their advertising campaign performance. You will also serve as a liaison with internal technical and operations teams and maintain a thorough understanding of the mobile advertising landscape. This position requires 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, fluency in English and Russian, and a passion for data and problem-solving.

• Cultivate, negotiate, and expand high-impact relationships with app developers to forge business partnerships and support company growth.
• Utilize data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of AppLovin solutions aligned with client marketing objectives.
• Rapidly build influence with C-level stakeholders to understand their vision, strategy, and game pipeline potential.
• 1-3 years of experience in an Account Management, Sales, or Business Development role within a SaaS, AdTech, investment banking, or consulting company
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations
• Exceptional client management skills, with proven success in business/client retention and business growth
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Fluent in both English and Russian, with ability to build convincing argumentation from complex data
• Must be data-driven and detail oriented, with strong analytical and negotiation skills. A genuine passion for data, analysis, and problem-solving is crucial
• Can do mentality with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Proven experience in the mobile advertising and or performance marketing
• You love complex puzzles / riddles and are a problem solver at heart
• You enjoy digging (through data or otherwise) to find answers to complex questions that may not always have a clear answer
