Media Buyer (Emerging Channels, Growth Marketing)

Join AppLovin, a leading mobile technology company, as a Media Buyer focused on emerging channels and growth marketing. In this role, you will launch, test, and establish our digital marketing strategy across new growth channels, including AI search, X, CTV, and out-of-home. You will have a genuine greenfield mandate, a meaningful budget to deploy, and a data-driven team to support you. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in paid media buying across multiple platforms and a strong track record of driving measurable growth.

• Lancer, tester et établir la stratégie de marketing numérique de l'entreprise sur de nouveaux canaux de croissance, y compris la recherche AI, X, CTV et l'extérieur.
• Concevoir, exécuter et analyser des tests de marketing payant structurés sur de nouveaux canaux de croissance. Optimiser et surveiller les performances des campagnes.
• Gérer les canaux par rapport aux objectifs internes et aux KPI, et ajuster les dépenses vers ce qui est réellement incrémental.
• Bonus if you have experience with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization
• Ability to operate independently, with strong attention to detail regarding performance and budget changes, platform-level delivery discrepancies and tracking drops,
• Comfort with Claude, SQL, Posthog, and BI tools like Superset, Looker, or similar
• 3+ years of direct, hands-on-keyboard execution experience in paid media buying across multiple platforms
• Strong test-and-learn track record, data driven, and creative
• Experience acquiring advertisers or businesses (B2B or marketplace/two-sided), not only consumers
• Ad-tech, DSP, or marketplace background
• Direct experience driving ad creative strategy - you can mock up or storyboard ad concepts yourself, or have examples of ad concepts you originated that drove real performance
