About The Role

Join UpKeep, a leading maintenance management software company, as a Senior Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will drive the awareness, adoption, and success of our growing portfolio of products, with a focus on our AI-powered capabilities. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure the organization is equipped to build, market, sell, and support new and existing features. The ideal candidate is curious, agile, AI-savvy, and excited to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

  • Partnership with Product to shape go-to-market strategy and lead full-cycle launches for new features and products, especially those infused with AI.
  • Development of differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates across personas, use cases, and verticals, and ownership of the creation of enablement materials for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Collaboration with Demand Generation and Growth Marketing teams to inform and support campaign strategy through product and customer insights, and acting as the voice of the customer by analyzing Gong calls, win/loss interviews, support tickets, and user research.
  • Enthusiasm for AI—whether you’re fluent or learning, you embrace it as a lever for speed, clarity, and innovation
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment between teams
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Comfort with ambiguity, pace, and experimenting with new tools and processes
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and asset creation skills—you know how to bring positioning to life quickly
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience launching products or features and connecting those efforts to measurable business outcomes (pipeline, win rate, ACV)
  • Experience in product-led growth (PLG) environments is a plus
  • Receptive to change – flexible, curious, and eager to test and learn

  • Technically proficient – comfortable working with complex products and technical teams
