Infrastructure Team Lead

Join our team as an Infrastructure Team Lead, where you will take ownership of the systems that power our AI research and development. This role combines technical depth and people leadership, as you will set the technical direction of the Infrastructure team, drive reliability and continuous improvements, and invest in your engineers' development. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Infrastructure Engineers, ensuring operational stability, and driving infrastructure strategy.

• Leading, managing, and developing a team of Infrastructure Engineers, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Owning operational stability across the infrastructure, including hardware monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery testing.
• Driving standardization, automation, and optimization to reduce toil, and leading vendor relationships with hardware vendors and managed service providers.
