• Become an expert in 360Learning's technology and product offerings, and support the Product team with insights and feedback.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, provide sales support, and help shape the Solutions Engineering team.
• Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Engineering department by identifying best practices, designing new processes, and recruiting new team members.
