Technical Lead Engineering

Join 360Learning, a leading collaborative learning platform. As a Technical Lead, you'll be the point of contact for all technical topics, coach other developers, and participate in monthly meetings with the CPTO and Engineering Director. You'll also continue coding for up to 80% of your time. • Be the point of contact for all technical topics from the squad and coach the other developers.
• Support your product squad in achieving clear goals for innovation while maintaining and improving product features.
• Share your best practices within the team, create your own courses on the 360Learning platform, and suggest and implement process improvements.
