Finance Operations Internship

Join our Finance team as a Finance Operations Intern for a full-time, 6-month internship starting September 1, 2026. You will gain hands-on experience in various finance activities, including revenue operations, billing, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This internship is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with an interest in finance operations and digital tools.

• Support invoicing and billing operations by assisting the Revenue and Billing Analyst with the timely and accurate issuance of invoices.
• Provide customer support by email, responding to customer requests and needs related to billing, invoicing, payment status, and other finance-related queries.
• Analyze invoice processing flows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, delays, and recurring issues, and help document findings and propose practical improvement ideas.
• Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with numbers, systems, and structured processes
• Is fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Is comfortable working with Excel; knowledge of financial systems, CRM tools, Power BI, or automation tools is a plus
• Is curious about process improvement, automation, digitalization, and the practical use of AI in finance operations
• Has a background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Has good written communication skills and can respond professionally to customer inquiries
