Director of Product (Workforce Management)

As the Director of Product for Workforce Management, you will lead the management and execution of our Workforce Management suite of products. You will manage a team of Product Managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, define product requirements, and analyze performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of product management experience, expertise in managing enterprise SaaS products, and exceptional product thinking.

• Lead the management and execution of the Workforce Management suite of products, ensuring exceptional end-user experiences and high performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth and adoption of products.
• Build and shape a high-performing product team, conducting market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges in diverse verticals.
• Strong bias to action and fearlessness in getting hands dirty
• Player and coach, who can drive individual projects while also building and shaping a high performing product team
• Interest and willingness to meet customers, travel expected 25% of the time
• Adept at working with customers and GTM teams, in addition to EPD teams
• Comfort and confidence in verbal and written communication
• 10+ years of product management experience with expertise in managing enterprise SaaS products at scale
• Exceptional product thinking, with demonstrated ability in building customer centric product strategy for a business and delivering on them
• High "EQ" with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
