About The Role

Join Regard, an AI-powered healthcare technology company, as a Full Stack Software Engineer. In this role, you will be involved in all stages of product development and deployment, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and product teams. Your primary objective will be to develop high-quality software solutions that meet user needs and align with the organization's business goals. You will contribute to high-priority projects and continuous improvement initiatives, making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

Collaborate with product and design teams to design and implement medium to large projects, balancing speed to market, user experience, and technical architecture quality.
Independently build new features and capabilities, while maintaining and improving the quality of the codebase and tooling in your area of responsibility.
Participate in operational activities supporting including on-call, monitoring, and production support, and contribute as necessary across the stack (front end, infrastructure, AWS, etc).
