Join Regard, an AI-powered healthcare technology company on a mission to improve the quality of care and reduce physician burden. As the VP of Engineering, you will lead and scale a high-performing software engineering organization, drive technical decision-making, and mentor engineering managers. You will work closely with the CTO and Head of Product to align technical execution with company priorities and product roadmap goals.
