About The Role

Join our team as a Lead Product Designer, where you'll shape web experiences for internal support and onboarding tools, as well as customer-facing analytics dashboards. In this senior individual contributor role, you'll define user experiences, partner closely with Product and Engineering teams, and mentor other designers. Your work will have a direct impact on team efficiency, smoother onboarding, and better customer understanding.

  • Experience working closely with cross-functional partners in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated experience shipping software products to production — not just designs
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across undefined problem spaces
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
  • Experience designing internal tools, operational systems, or complex dashboards
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other designers
  • 6+ years of product design experience, including web and mobile
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows and data-heavy experiences
  • Track record of improving design processes at the team level
  • Experience improving internal tool efficiency at scale
  • Previous experience designing in environments with hardware or other physical systems

  • Experience in high-growth or evolving product environments where systems and processes are still being defined
