About The Role

Join RADAR as a Strategic Operations Manager, where you will bridge the gap between executive vision and ground-level execution. You will work closely with all teams, including Finance, Product, Go To Market, Engineering, Customer, and Legal, to gather insights, align stakeholders, move complex projects forward, and propose solutions. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking and hands-on execution, and you will be a key member of the team that shapes the way RADAR operates.

Establish and maintain structured meeting cadences, including cross-functional strategic priority presentations, business reviews, and project updates.
Serve as a central coordinator across engineering, product, customer, commercial, legal, and other functions, maintaining visibility into risks, interdependencies, and resource constraints.
Drive highly cross-functional special projects that span multiple teams, defining project scope, success metrics, and execution plans in ambiguous environments.
7+ years of program management experience, preferably in technology and/or high-growth startup environments, with proven success leading cross-functional programs
Strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management - Relationship builder across all levels
A builder's mindset: comfortable operating in environments where the structures, processes, and norms are still being established
Big picture to tactical execution - can take projects from planning through execution to completion with measurable outcomes
Analytical skills, comfortable conducting deep-dive analyses and translating complex findings into clear recommendations
Solutions-first mindset
Familiarity with program and project management tools and methodologies
Prior experience in retail technology
Experience coaching non-PM business leaders to adopt project management best practices
Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and cross-functional coordination in small to medium sized teams
