Machine Learning Engineer (GAI Search Platform, Moveworks)

Join Moveworks, a leading company in conversational search systems. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work on improving our search-based question answering systems using traditional machine learning and generative AI technologies. You will collaborate with various teams to drive our search products to the next generation of capabilities, focusing on performance and enterprise readiness.

• Contribuir al desarrollo de la plataforma de búsqueda con nuevas características habilitadas por LLM en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
• Desarrollar métricas de evaluación sistemáticas y metodologías para nuestros modelos de búsqueda, aprovechando LLM para abordar desafíos únicos.
• Colaborar con equipos de producto, experiencia del usuario, éxito del cliente y otros equipos de ingeniería para identificar, definir y construir soluciones elegantes.
• Background in text processing, information retrieval, natural language understanding, or machine learning
• First-hand experience relevant to search platforms such as traditional information retrieval, search ranking and relevance, recommendation systems, or question answering systems
• Passionate about helping product and ranking teams move faster and scale their solutions better in an environment where everyone cares deeply about customer impact and success
• 3+ years of engineering
• Experience with (or desire to learn) large language models, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and agents
• Experience in Python. Contributing to mature python libraries or platform code, including open-source repositories is a nice to have
• Experience in Golang (not required)
