Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Join ServiceNow as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, where you will drive new business sales revenue through account and territory planning, researching prospects, and executing field-based sales activities. You will develop relationships with C-suite executives, oversee client relationship mapping, and serve as a trusted advisor to your customers. • Producing new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model through account planning and field-based sales activities.
• Developing relationships with multiple C-suite personas and overseeing client relationship mapping to the account team.
• Being a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap.
• 10+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Experience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
• A proven track record of selling complex Cybersecurity solutions into Central Government Organisations ( MOD, MOJ, DWP preferred )
• Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
• Experience producing new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
• Experience achieving sales targets
• The ability to understand the "bigger picture" and our plans around IT
