Vice President of Marketing

Join ServiceNow as the Vice President of Marketing, where you will lead the global strategy for our Security & Risk portfolio. You will be responsible for architecting our positioning and messaging, overseeing global growth plans, and collaborating closely with our Analyst Relations teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the ability to connect the dots between Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

• Architect the global strategy for the Security & Risk portfolio, ensuring clear differentiation and communication of ServiceNow's capabilities.
• Oversee global growth plans for the Security & Risk portfolio, defining positioning and developing a differentiated narrative around AI-powered innovation.
• Identify untapped market opportunities and leverage a deep understanding of the CISO’s and Chief Risk Officer’s pain points to drive strategic growth.
• Experience: 15+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a heavy focus on B2B cybersecurity or high-scale SaaS
• System Thinker: A relationship builder who can connect the dots between Product, Sales, and Customer Success to create a unified market front
• Education: BSc/MSc or MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related technical field
• Master Storyteller: The ability to distill complex, technical AI and networking concepts into memorable, human-centric narratives
• Growth Mindset: Demonstrated success in building and scaling marketing functions within hyper-growth environments
• Cybersecurity: Deep expertise in the cybersecurity landscape
• Global Leader: Experience managing large, distributed teams across multiple time zones with a focus on high-velocity execution and detail
• C-Level Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to influence and advise C-level executives both internally and externally
