Legal Counsel - Engine by Starling

Join Engine by Starling, a rapidly growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) business that powers Starling Bank. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts, data protection matters, and supporting international expansion. You will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders and will work in a hybrid environment with the option to work from London, Manchester, or Cardiff.

• Rediger, négocier et conseiller sur les contrats commerciaux, y compris les accords de SaaS et les licences logicielles.
• Aider à conseiller sur les questions de protection des données en ce qui concerne les arrangements avec les fournisseurs, les accords avec les clients et le partage de données intragroupe.
• Gérer plusieurs projets (souvent dans des délais serrés) et soutenir les collègues pour garantir que les initiatives commerciales et d'entreprise sont exécutées de manière précise et en temps voulu.
